Listen to public LiveJournal voice posts, non-stop:
http://radio.bradfitz.com/ljcalls.m3u
Enjoy, while it lasts. I may take it down if it takes up too much bandwidth.
This is not an official LiveJournal feature (yet?). This is all done on my own server, using public data, as anybody else could do. |

OMG AWESOME.
The only thing that would make it better is if it was being piped through a vocoder.
Oh man, you win! This is too good XD
This is really, really awesome.

That is pretty cute.
Its a shame that we can't email mp3 or some other type of audio to our LJ accounts and run an audio blog that way. The fear of dealing with people who would upload songs pretty much kills the possibility, but still.... if only it could be done.

wow. People are crazy.
Almost every one of these posts that I've listened to is someone waiting at an airport or updating while traveling from someplace. Right now I'm listening to someone complain about waiting at a train station. Where are the hot drunken chicks who leave crazy drunken phoneposts? I FEEL LET DOWN!

Now that's what I can nifty. I didn't listen to all of it becuase it's 12:30 here and I have midterms tomorrow. It's really weird because I've only met you once (twice? maybe?) and I really don't remember you at all. But as soon as I listened I did, vaguely. Straaaaange.
Heh. You probably don't remember me, I was like...9 when we met. That was when you, Brad Whitaker and Raanan came over to Philly. And you and Brad started singing the theme to Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, badly. Why can't I remember anything else besides that?

not sure if you can use it due to the images used, if not, take the idea:

Wow. I am listening to this english-woman babble on and on and I can't even understand her dialect. This is GOLD!
The m3u seems to actually crash my Xine-based build of Totem. It seems to be fine with a local MP3.
I don't have XMMS installed, because I went on a little "package cleaning" rampage the other day and decided to get rid of all my gtk1 apps because I didn't use any of them and it let me delete all the gtk1 stuff.

this is amazing. totally amazing.
best evar! wonder if you could flash compress them...
I love you Brad. I was so fucking bored up until this moment.
OMG livejournalers are so fucking nerdy and read a lot of bad, bad poetry.
I say we have that load automatically on the home page. There's your dynamic content! ;-)
