Should I bother freshening up priority support? (patch doesn't quite apply cleanly anymore and the tests should be re-run)

That'd be wonderful. (especially because you added new tests!)

Freshing it up and we'll get it committed/released. (I plan to do regular/frequent releases now that it's managed by ShipIt...)
