I love you xkcd, as always...
I can't work out this graph. I'm guessing the y axis is something to do with age, but what does the x axis represent?
Also, what tool did you use to generate it? It looks nice...
I have no idea! Brad made it ages ago, and I still have no idea what he was plotting or what the axes represent. But it looks fancy! *grin*
Brad's male, so x = vertical scale in inches, y = horizontal scale in tenths of an inch, subject = cross-section of a body part and Brad was plotting the apparent dimensions of the LJ membership based on analysis of photo posts to communities. This was part of a project to determine scientifically which dimensions could be relied upon to ensure that the subject of a photo is over 18, so the job of the abuse team could be carried out automatically.
near cambridge and actually is coming up on sept 23rd at 2:38pm
I will be in austin -- but still
have to wonder who will show?
age/2 + 7 is the teaching within the Nation of Islam.
(define (logical-age y) (/ (log (- y 14)) (log 2)))
Did you ever consider finishing your documentation on BML? What's there hardly cuts it. Just wondering.

Re: *pokes you with a stick*
I don't want people to use it, so no... there will be no more docs.
