a good football team is a synergy of many different strengths, and they all have to be there to be successful-
the time will come again- you should have been here for the Montana and Young days...

if you really want to get upset- look at the Sharks and Warriors- both of which seem to just be farms for good players to get experience, then get traded to other teams
