15 minutes late to class today.
forgot i didn't have my bike.
bought an ethernet cable after class.
always buying ethernet cable.
aaron and i went to red robins.
damn good food, as always.
now what? 3.5 hours to kill.
bellevue, perhaps.

Okay, truthfully the only people I know have crimpers are a few people that work for the resnet program here on campus, and we have a few at work I can borrow when necessary.

I wish they didn't cost $50-100 or I would have a pair myself. It would make so many things much easier.

Like everything, it all depends on how much you want to spend. Some quick examples:

$180 - $120 - $63 - $19 - $16

I'm not sure I would trust the cheap ones, but they should still get the job done for light amounts of work.

Of course, you'll still need to get the RJ45 connectors and some bulk cable, but those are cheap enough to make it worth your while in convenience (all your cables are suddenly *just the right length* as opposed to 3 feet too short) and possibly even cost savings.

No problem. They all point to Outpost, a company that has gained my business by consistently covering my ass when I waited until entirely-too-late to order something and I've never been screwed over. In other words, I recommend them. ;)
