I can't sleep. Laying in bed, I started getting frustrated and sad. It's so aggravating, being unable to sleep. I try to think of nothing, just listening to myself breathing in and out. It doesn't work.... I start thinking about something else.
I'm too tired to do anything, but too awake to sleep.
Should I try to sleep again, only to get up again in an hour frustrated? :-(
Update: Reading about sleep disorders and found this. Creepy.
