viewridge, night 1. [Apr. 8th, 2001|02:38 am]
Brad Fitzpatrick
Everybody's been in bed for hours, and I think it's time for me to go to bed too. First night in the new house.... how exciting! What's more exciting is that I'll be sleeping in a room without computers running. (we have all our computers in the downstairs ... our "study").

Going out to lunch with family tomorrow... have to wake before noon. Whoops.

I have no idea where to put this, since I don't see a "praise" link anywhere on LJ.

So.... thank you very, very, very (and a lot more of the same word) much for putting LJ together. I can't even think of the words to express how grateful I am for this site... a site which is fast becoming my number one reason for thinking that the net isn't a cesspool.

Dare I say that LJ has gone quite a ways in strengthening my dwindling faith in mankind? Yes. I dare.

Thank you so much, Brad, and everyone who's worked on putting this together. I may be one of thousands who echo my same sentiments, but I can't go without tooting my own horn.

So... *awoooooga!* (more like a tuba)

I'll spare Brad the trouble: this should not go as a reply to his post, because it has nothing to do with what he posted. In the future, post this to support at http://www.livejournal.com/support/

Before this gets fixed, you can change the smilies you use by editing your preferences. I am sure at least one set of smilies does 'distressed' right.
