blythe cut my hair. It is short.
Update: Blythe was impressed how easily I can put up pictures now. Two commands:
Grabs still from my cam and shows it on screen. If it's good, then:
$ pubimage.pl image.jpg short_hair.jpg
Creates appropriate directory, copies image.jpg to it, rsyncs to server, then gives me the URL to paste into
hee hee, you look like one of those fuzzy young ducks..
(good way) hehe, thats definitely short, ^-^

you 2 are too cute in that pic! esp blythe (oh yeah and your hair looks good too brad)
Its nice to see someone wearing a tee-shirt as creased as mine... :)
It's not so much that it's badly creased as the direction the light is coming from ... rather unfortunate. Anything less smooth than a mirror is going to look rough with the light shining almost parallel with the surface (that's how come we can see the craters on the moon so clearly from down here).
looks like you got a few faxes waiting for you
Does what fetchimage and pubimage does, then prompts for a LJ subject/entry and makes a post with a link to the image with some text you specify.
That would impress the ladiez even more. :P
~/she's a haircut wizard, there has to be a twist/a haircut wizard has such a supple wriiiiiist/~
I use scp for copying over files. Just give owner of the target on the foreign server the ~/.ssh/identity.pub of the user you are on the local server.
Works like rsync, but is actually secure ;) I use a similar method to grab pictures from the builtin webcams on 27 (yes, 27) sgi Indys I have access to at work ;) Tho admittedly, 25 of them are in the same room, so they're a little boring grab the images from.
