I hate it when you navigate through ten layers of menus only to have it "connect you to a representative" and then just click and hang up on you. Stupid voice menus.|

Hit "0".. On all the PBX's ive seen, that will dump you directly to the operator console (which is probably the recptionist)..
Or just hit random extentions until you get someone, and say that you were xfer'd there by accident..
the ones that cut you off are almost never tollfree. i think they're programmed to do that. that way they can make a helluca lot more money... but maybe i'm just paranoid.
i know how that is, i was waiting for a sprint rep and when i got thru to entering my cell #, it's like, thank you while we connect your call *click* .. mmrrph!!! (they tell you twice that you cant get ur usage over the phone anymore, once before and after u enter ur cell #)
I think a tower got damaged around here, my cell's been getting like 0 signal lately... (at home.. everwhere else it's jsut fine)... I should ask them about it dropping digital every so often just for the helluvait even if i'm in town... oh well... maybe it's the buildings that i'm in (btw, sprint is a CDMA 1.9Ghz network, and i have a tri-mode phone (CDMA, GSM, and AMPS)
I got a free month of service from it. and my coverage is back to pretty much normal. anyone have a cheap sprint pcs flip phone they wannna get rid of? i'm getting kinda sick of my qcp-2035
Called the 800 number people dial to get the tech support I (try to) provide to get my boss on the phone because I was stupid and lost their direct number. I can see why the people I deal with are peevish most of the time. If it make you feel any better, the whole thing was designed with something good in mind, but as they say "the road to hell is paved with good intentions"
I never did get to my boss. . .
