good run!

I convinced Chuck to go on a night run with me. Turned out to be a great fucking run ... I feel awesome now. I don't think Chuck feels the same, but if I keep bugging him to run with me, maybe we can get his non-runnin' ass in runnin' shape. (maybe he should bug me to go out and do sets in the morning too...)

Anyway, need to de-sweat now and then take a shower.
