day in review

been making private posts lately (first ones ever) ... haven't felt like getting comments or sharing but still wanted a record of my activities for posterity. i'll probably make them public in a month or so.

so, another episode of day in review!

went to classes.... well, kinda: went to one but zoned out and worked on the second, skipped the second, during which time I signed up for another one (senior research project). did go and participate in German, though.

worked.

went running with mobley around greenlake ... great run, great company. 3 miles was over before it started. we're going to try and do it twice a week but in time I'd like to start running comparable distances 5 or 6 times a week. i need an mp3 player for when I run with myself, though ... no moving parts (no CD) ... 64 MB minimum memory, CompactFlash. suggestions?

I was going to go to Eli and Erik's to watch a movie but I don't have their number and Eli's cell wasn't on. owned.

toes & fingers cold ... need to put on slippers and sweatshirt.

tomorrow: no class ... rememberance day for 9/11.

back to work ... been depressed and out of it the past week or so and haven't been working. things have been piling up and i now have the energy and motivation to get back to them, at least for the next few hours... mr. depression comes a lot quicker and without warning than mr. motivation & energy does. but i'm going to run daily and that'll help ... it always does. the trick is motivating myself to run. circular problem. but that's why Brendan will kick my ass and make me run if I don't feel like it one day, right right? :P

i need to rearrange my room slightly so my desk isn't up against the front of my fireplace ... then i can have fires in my room and it'll be all warm and cozy! yea'yea'. okay, movie & fire time, plus some work, just for dormando because it makes him happy.
