did my german homework.
this is cool, if you're a geek:
got invited to speak on a panel in austin
and to speak at a local perl user group, from somebody else
i should work on my speaking/presentation skills
going to bed.
Coming to Austin is a very good idea.
If you go to Austin, you either need to tell everyone where you're gonna be so all of us that either live in and/or can make it to Austin can party with you and pay for your food and tell you how great we think you are, or DON'T SAY A WORD, or everyone that either lives in Austin and/or can make it to Austin will TRY to party with you, pay for your food and tell you how great they think you are. :P
Austin *ROCKS*, dude, I can't *WAIT* to move back!!!
Lemme know when the trip is scheduled, how long you're gonna stay and what your transportation situation is gonna be like, and I can give you some idea of what to go see. :)

:) I live in Austin...
and this place is Paradise! Its going to be 72 degrees today!! Beautiful sunshine here...and everybody loves 6th Street (clubs) and the live music.
Thanks for the link. I work across 3 or 4 *n*x platforms in the average week, and it's annoying to forget each one's peccadillos.

Lovely pseudospanish there. ;)
it's valid english! really, it is!
hey, how do you like the german class so far? my class is a different section at the same time. how does your teacher compare to mary? i think my class feels a bit to formal for me, with more in-class pressure and speaking. how does this compare to your teacher? i still have time to switch if i want to

He's pretty cool. I'm liking him.
) switched to ours today from yours and said it's tons better.
Austin is AMAZING, to say the least. And, with so many of us LJers here, I'm pretty sure that we could show you a decent time.

Yeah, come to austin. Not only does austin rock, SXSW is an awsome week-long showcase of movies, media, and music. Plus, everyone from around Texas would come over to hear the speech. Speech speech speech!
