nick and I have been working out a lot of the harder design details for 
fotobilder, but I haven't got much time to actually sit down and catch up in implementation in a few days.So, I want to do that now.
But.... I just a totally rad idea for LiveJournal and it's only a sub-hour project, so I'm finding myself distracted.
In good news, though, it looks like LiveJournal will be getting another full-time hacker to take over nearly all of my job, so I'll be able to do fun stuff exclusively. (er, not that this would solve this current problem, where two fun items are competing for time.)
Okay! Must do both!
