My most productive day in recent memory was the night I went to bed at 1am. Not only did I wake up feeling good, but I had energy all day, including at the gym, and I got tons done.

Not like I'm motivated right now to do anything else. Pretty tired. Nick picked me up... went to the gym... lifted, ran... then went to a high school to run 200m sprints, which kinda sucked.
