Even though working out during the day makes it easier for one to sleep, I guess working out three hours before sleeping makes it harder to sleep.|
So I'm trying to work out in the morning now. Just biked to 24 Hour Fitness the long way, ran, lifted, and biked home.
Feels nice. Advantages to morning workout:
-- less one shower per day
-- not as depressing as crawling out of bed and getting right back on the computer where I was right before bed.
Let's see how long I can keep this up.
