I went to Blockbuster with eli to rent a DVD and ended up buying 5. So goes my addiction . I justify it like this: if they continue to take away our consumer rights, I'll still own all this material on a format I can easily rip and use however I want. I fear the next generation DVD format. By then, Hollywood will have probably figured out encryption. Entering my purchases into my DVD database just now, I found I'd bought one I already had. Extra xmas present for somebody. :P I keep getting Christmas cards from people and feel guilty. Christmas just kinda snuck up on me. I haven't really done all my shopping. :-(
