Debian stuff

So once this goes into unstable, Debian will have epoll headers, so Simon Law, the Debian packager for libevent, can easily build packages with epoll support. And Jay Bonci is packaging up the Cache::Memcached module, as well as the rest of LJ, which suggests the memcached package....
