copyrighting hygiene

Today at Subway, on the bathroom window:
Employees must wash hands before returning to work.

(C) 2000 Doctor's Associates.
Uh?

Update: A google search showed that's the company that owns Subway, so that makes a little more sense. I was thinking some random company sold these signs. But why copyright basic hygiene rules? Their logo was also on the paper, but that already had a (TM) on it.
