Free T1 Line!
On my bike ride yesterday I went by a new apartment complex advertising with lawn signs "FREE T1 LINE".
Somehow I really doubt it.
Instead, I'm thinking:
-- there's one T1 line for the entire complex, which everybody shares.
-- every user gets SDSL 1.5/1.5.
-- every user gets ADSL 1.5 down.
-- there's one SDSL 1.5/1.5 for the entire complex.
But I really doubt everybody gets a true T1 which they can partition how they want with up to 24 voice or data channels.
The odd thing is why they didn't just advertise "Free High-Speed Internet!" which more people would understand....
