Linus and Packing

Two major news items. First, I went and saw Linus Torvalds (creator of (=AL|Linux AL=)) speak at Intel for the commencement of iLUG, the Intel Linux Users Group. It was a wonderful presentation with a bunch of people speaking, including a few from Intel regarding what Intel is doing/can do to help The Linux Community, Linus talking about the changes in the (=AL|2.0 to 2.2 kernel AL=) and a marketing guy from (=AL|Red Hat AL=) giving out free stuff and telling stories. There were even refreshments available afterwards.... bonus.

As for the second important news item: I'm packing. Yes, I leave for Seattle tomorrow morning. Packing sucks.
