eli and dana are watching blair witch. i'm doing homework that isn't even due tomorrow.
dead tired. gonna sleep.
off to food/class
back from classes. made a big fat list of "TO-DO" items while i sat in stats.... first on the list: send back my speeding ticket, requesting a court date. i scanned my ticket and i'm off to the law library now to do some research on what statute i violated exactly.... cop didn't put a speed down on my ticket so maybe he messed up? like i said, i need to go do some research.
back from the law library ..... found two very good things working in my favor. 1.) for the statute i was cited to be in violation of, the maximum fine is $250 ... not the $480 I was written up for. 2.) for speeding violations, another ordinance says the officer must write the approximate speed i was traveling, as well as the speed limit in that area. there was also some mention of only being able to give speeding tickets in government-approved speed trap areas, but i won't worry about that one. i think the first two mistakes on the cop's part are power enough for me.
gonna go downstairs and meet a guy in my math class about a proof
can't find that guy's room -- always forget the number.
just finished reading Mr. Bunny's Guide to ActiveX.... funny stuff
it's not even 9pm and i feel like going to bed......
gonna crawl in bed and read my statistics textbook ... maybe that'd make the homework easier.
had to reboot into windows to do my statistics homework ... which this stats program was available for linux
