awake, again.

I fell asleep on my bed sometime earlier (10?) and just woke up a few minutes ago to Megan and Brittney's screaming... they had to saw hi to each other after not seeing each other in awhile, apparently. Great.

I really wish I were back in bed, but I have one more homework assignment to do. I guess it's good I was woken up because I also didn't set my alarm clock.

up early registering for classes, but looks like the school's server is pulling a livejournal on me: "HTTP/1.1 Server Too Busy"

at least they have web registration at all this quarter.... i had to do it on the phone in the past, and boy does that suck.

speaking of suck, wait until you see my classes. :-)

(no subject)

found a class i wanted, but:
aargghgh i'm going to kill you STAR

oh, this one fits my schedule:
no thanks

(no subject)

done with physics.

still didn't get a good schedule.... i'll have to go talk to an advisor or something.

back to bed for an hour.

good day

woke up at 6 to register for classes.... so far I have classics (greek/roman stuff) and history of the atomic bomb (heh). i'm also trying to overload into AI, my last CS class.

after that I did my physics homework (because I fell asleep while doing it last night) and then was furiously debugging an LJ bug, fixing it 5 minutes before class... i rode my bike dangerously fast to class, just making it on time.

turned in all my homework, skipped music, laid on the grass in the quad with blythe in the sun... went to my last physics lab, it was easy....

now, bunch of physics homework and pizza, then LJ stuff, then sleep....

I love being unsick... so much extra energy. normally I hate tuesday hell, but today it was quite nice.

also, this is amusing:
The alleged release notes state that neither the "typical" nor the "full" IE 6 installs are available for Windows 2000. And the IE 6 public preview won't run at all on Windows 95, according to the alleged release notes. The preview will run on Windows NT 4.0 (but only with Service Pack 6a or higher), Windows 98 and Windows XP beta builds.
Go Microsoft! They can't even support all their own platforms? And what a diverse selection they've chosen.... NT 4 but not 2000? 98 but not ME? Gimme a break.

so many things are pissing me off right now.

physics is going incredibly slow.

a livejournal table/index went corrupt. (details)

val went to trade me spots (since I'm due out on the street now) but she turned on her car lights before I got there and a vulcher spotted her first and took the spot, so now i'm a quarter mile away, literally... because i know from our running route where it is. :-( goddamnit.

damnit damnit damnit.

heh, but this amuses me.

Hey you-
I'm gonna go play downtown for a little while tonight. Would I be in trouble if I flashed for beads?
Like I care. I just wish I could go and watch! :-P

One of the problems we don't have to do, since the solution the computer thinks is correct is actually wrong. Good thing some students do it a week ahead of time and tell the professor this so I don't waste so much time trying to figure it out. :-)

Anyway, two more left.... thanks to Jason for explaining one of them to me... makes a lot more sense now.

This homework sucks.... it never takes this long.
