Morning Sweat

Even though working out during the day makes it easier for one to sleep, I guess working out three hours before sleeping makes it harder to sleep.

So I'm trying to work out in the morning now. Just biked to 24 Hour Fitness the long way, ran, lifted, and biked home.

Feels nice. Advantages to morning workout:

-- less one shower per day

-- not as depressing as crawling out of bed and getting right back on the computer where I was right before bed.

Let's see how long I can keep this up.
