Not only does it further lessen the responsibility of parents for their children, it allows them to sue for any
entertainment-product they consider "harmful" for their children - providing them with a minimum
of $10,000 in compensatory damages - it soundly tramples First Amendment rights.
Entertainment products...TV, film, books, photography, art, magazines, etc.
