no year-end post [Dec. 31st, 2004|04:27 pm]
Brad Fitzpatrick
I'm not going to do a year-end wrap-up post like everybody else because I can't really remember what happened in the last year vs. last month.

Because my work is my life, I guess the LiveJournal wrap-up is pretty accurate, though, so read that.

The parts I'm particularly proud of are:
-- Perlbal
-- MogileFS
-- our InnoDB migration
-- my talks

Outside of work, dina's the other part of my life, and we've never been happier.

Later tonight we're going downtown with a bunch of people to some restaurant to eat then party.

Today's nice and relaxing... easy but productive work, left early, lots of rain, hot tub, iced tea, watching a movie...

So yeah, see y'all in the Oh Five.

If you two are looking for free stuff to do downtown, stop by the party at Gallery 500.

That link resized my browser and showed nothing. We're so living in the future.

Anyway, I'm not sure I'm in control of our train. I'm just on for the ride.

I wrote my wrap-up post by reading through my old journal entries. If you aren't going to go back and read them, why make them in the first place? ;)

Too lazy. Maybe one day when I'm old and my life is boring I can go back and read.

Surely there is some auto-summarization code you could throw at it that would do the trick? (glances at evan...)

Looking back at the end of each year, I always wish I had written more informative subjects.
