Presentation done. Went well, except I forgot to show the final slide w/ the URL to the slides, so I got two dozen requests regarding whether or not the slides would be online, and where.

master / master ?

hi,

i don't really see the different between your master/master setup and master/slave setup. in both case, you need to promote a slave to be master when failover happens. i do know that you only read/write to the master and slave repl from it.

manually doing the master / slave failover switch is bit of painful and i am looking for easier solution.
