Barring that, ?show=PCYNS support, so that people can filter to their personal friends without being spammed with lj_abuse or overheardnyc. :P
Oh, and also: the link-to-entry-using-subject croaks on entries with links in the subject.

might be good to override s2 pages.
viewing your journal with the
usescheme=lynx argument still shows your entrypage in generator.

Known issue. The next major code push will include some sort of fix. Haven't decided what.

Bless You Sir!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Works fine on my Tungsten C (which isn't a phone, but isn't exactly a full-size browsing environment either). I had already done some tweaks to my S2 layers to fix weaknesses in Magazine (adding height= and width= attributes to userpics, etc, which really speeds up the Palm browser), but this is nice for a really really light version.
Friends filters, including my Default View, don't work (as already mentioned).
It really needs ?style=mine or similar support when you click through to entry pages. The table-heavy horizontal-scrolly styles people use absolutely stink for reading on the Palm.
The post page's subject and post fields are still too wide and force horizontal scrolling on the Palm browser.
Custom friends group support on the post page would be nice (even if you made it part of an "advanced settings" version of the post page).
No joy. Using the POS browser on my V3, both login forms bounce me back to the "LiveJournal Mobile" page with only a "log in" link. The browser kindly asks whether or not I'd like to follow the redirect, but there's no errors.

Does the redirected URL include the query argument I threw in there just to cache-bust?
What if you reload the /mobile/ page after the redirect?
I bet your cookies aren't working. Maybe your phone can't do redirects and cookies at the same time? Can it do cookies in general?
What do you use for posting from the SK? I am trying to tweak my seeings so it looks good to me both on the PC and the SK. I had some limited success so far, but waiting to change it up later before I explore all the options.
Works great on my Blackberry 7290 in both direct HTTP and WAP-gateway modes. The posting interface is great. Needs a "log out" button because people will borrow other people's phones.
The friends page might be a bit long for WAP devices. Long post subject lines really add up on a narrow screen. Smaller number of posts + next/previous page?
Blast! Beat me to it! (Replying from Blackberry 7290 on T-Mobile)
This looks awesome! Some issues I found with my phone:
Secure login didn't work consistently - it kept giving me an error:
No matching CA certificate was found. Do you want to continue anyway?
and then I would press OK, and sometimes it would work and sometimes it wouldn't. I was always able to login with the insecure one, but then it didn't remember me when I pressed the back button (not sure if it was supposed to be able to, though).
Posting didn't work for me - I got an "invalid URI" error every time I pressed post and my journal never updated. My friends page also consistently crashed my browser and wouldn't display at all (well, it displayed for like a second, and then it showed "internal browser error").
For reference, I am using Sprint's Samsung VM-A680 that I've had since last December. Hope this helps!
Oh, and HTML/LJ user tag-enabled posting would be cool, if it's not code-enabled already. As would the ability to set the post metadata. But all of that cool stuff will be coming in future, I'm sure. :)
I am using the Sprint Samsung VGA-1000/SPH-A620 and got all of the same issues.
I was never able to get the SSL login to work, and one time, it made my phone reboot.
But, the idea is great, and with a little messing around, I think it will be great!

The entry view pages don't have a link back to the lynx scheme friends view.

All good on the Nokia 6630. Seconded on the addition of friends filters.
I have a default view filter - the http://www.livejournal.com/mobile/friends.bml
page doesn't seem to use this.
Having said that... I can think of a few communities I regularly read when at a PC that I wouldn't want to when viewing with a mobile, like photo_theme
Could there be a separate "default view" for mobile devices?
It would be nice if I could set a "short password" for logging into the mobile interface.
