Internet Identity Workshop 2005 [Oct. 27th, 2005|05:49 pm]

Last two days David and I were at the "Internet Identity Workshop 2005". Conclusions:

-- people friendly
-- confused lexicon, being resolved ("consumer/membersite/relying party")
-- lot of different needs
-- lot of partially overlapping solutions
-- lot of desire for interop

So overall, very good.

Is the tag iiw2005 very useful if it would only ever contain one post? Wouldn't "iiw" be a better tag to collect all entries about iiw from all years?

I'm not trying to be picky. I just thought it was an interesting tag choice.

This way it's picked up by aggregators like Technorati. iiw2005 was chosen as "the official tag" of the conference.
