If you're anything like me, you'll get a second wind by about 11am and be able to stretch it out till the afternoon. Red Bull is a good solution for right now though, then crash out at like 7pm and enjoy some early morning/no-traffic cycling at the weekend :)
Ambien if you can't fall asleep or Trazodone if you want the best nights sleep ever. Though it probably wouldn't have helped much at 6am; you need 8 uninterrupted hours. Also make sure to practice good sleep hygiene!
