1905, wallet cleaning [Mar. 5th, 2006|03:58 pm]

Cleaning out my wallet, I just found a receipt dated 11/08/1905.

The two sad things here are:

1) the obvious Y2K bug
2) I haven't cleaned my wallet in 4 months

Don't be so quick to throw that out Brad. An antique receipt might be worth some money to the right person.

I swear I'm not replying just to use this userpic...

The dupe that would actually believe it to be an antique would deserve a boot to the head.

Patience, Ed Gruberman...

Swindling such a person would be much more satisfying than booting them in the head.

If I may ask, what store did it come from?

I'd scan it and post it.

I've had a problem with Livejournal recently that (I think) is a serious security risk. I apologise for (probably) not going through the correct channels, and I don't want to go into detail here in case someone can take advantage of it, but where do I report this stuff? It's kinda scary.

Email me (brad@danga.com). And even though it's probably not an XSS attack, I currently have "XSS-LJ" whitelisted, so put "XSS-LJ" somewhere in your subject line and I'll get it for sure.
