Which webmail providers let (free) users suck down mail from other POP servers?

To be clear, which function as POP clients, not servers?

And how many accounts? 1? >1?

OH. I don't know about that. I can't think of any web-based clients like that which offer that service.

Gmail sorta does in a beta incarnation for a single domain though, through their actual domain name hosting through Gmail. That's all over the news for other reasons in the past couple days anyway, though:
