There must be one in Denver too -- my sister was telling me just today about it. She took my niece there for her 11th birthday, together with a friend. So cool!

Erik and I just saw one of these a few nights ago at Universal Citywalk here in LA. Two girls were spinning around inside it, having the time of their lives.

With its glass sides and big fan at the bottom, it looked a little bit like a giant blender. So, I guess try not to think about that when you step into it.

There was a video making the rounds a while back of some VC breaking his shoulder while doing that. I think he was doing it in Vegas, IIRC.

Naah, that was different. That was a guy jumping down with a parachute or similar through a hotel's atrium.

What I'm talking about is a vertical wind tunnel, and no parachute.

Not from a chute, just in a wind tunnel.
