Still in Ireland. Dublin, Galway, Limerick, Dingle, Killarney, Cork, ....
So pretty.
Bunch of photos on my picasaweb and a video on youtube (that was over picasa's wtf 100MB limit). |

The Irish countryside is lovely, if the weather permits! Have a great time!
(Dublin-dweller, but Dingle-lover)
You time traveled to Galway?
I like it there, I went in 1999.
Hey, my sister is in Cork! You could have stopped by! :)
I hope you're enjoying your travels. ^^

You should SMS me her phone number! We're there now (or a bit south currently, but going downtown later tonight and tomorrow).
SMS me at: (+353) 085 157 0788.
(insert obligatory joke about Meteor mobile phone coverage here)

You mean that's why I didn't get any coverage indoors?
Meteor's the latecomer to the market, and was bought what was previously the state telco. Historically their coverage hasn't been the best, and theoretically the legacy mindset of the current owners would preclude their spending a whole lot of money improving the service, but I think at this point it's more standard Irish cynicism in the face of reality than actual truth.
When Meteor first started off in 2001, they literally only had coverage in Dublin city centre and even then it was pretty flaky. Things haven't really improved since then.
Glad you enjoyed our fine land :) Judging by the pictures, you saw most of it.
enjoy! sounds like you're doing a counter-clockwise itinerary ;)
Personally, my favourite parts are the bits in the south-west; west Cork and Kerry are heaven on earth (when it's not raining). I think you were pretty lucky weather-wise.
