was on hold (on my cellphone) for about 10 minutes, waiting to authorize an alternate shipping address for my credit card, so mypc21.com can ship my palm pilot to me here in seattle.... never knew anything about this whole process... kinda interesting. as much as a pain it is (it wasn't that bad, actually), I'm glad they do it.
